Exchange & Return Policy

Products purchased from Kupe Empire can be exchanged or returned, provided they are in good condition and unused. The exchange or return request must be made within the specified period. Buyer pays return shipping fee; or keep the product and agree with refund policy.

Refund Policy

Kupe Empire guarantee to refund the product price for undelivered purchases, or it is significantly not as described upon completion of investigation subject to approval.

Total Time For Delivery

Kupe Empire will try to deliver all the items to the customer as soon as possible. However, total time is based on the amount of time it takes to get payment authorization, order processing, and the transit time from the carrier. This can range from 7 to 10 working days, or certain items and location may takes longer time to deliver.

Shipping Charges

Your total cost for purchase of any product will include the shipping and handling charges shown on your invoice. However, your original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of a returned product. Those fees are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to you if your item is returned for a refund to Kupe Empire.
